Now I will get on with what I can't have...
apparently I am VERY allergic to Kidney beans (legumes) & oysters/calcium carbonate.  Love legumes but never could bring myself to eat an oyster before.....
Other allergies are Bananas, cranberries, Red grapes, oranges, papaya, spinach, white potatoes, zucchini, Honey, Sugar cane, Rice (brown or white- its the starch), Gluten, All Wheat, Corn, Mushrooms, and sadly... ALL DAIRY... my beloved cheese, butter, milk, whey...hence I have to remove beef and lamb from my diet as they are "related",  No vinegar, caffiene, alchohol, and nothing with Yeast as apparently my body is on yeast overload. Tofu, soy (including soya sauce which I love!), peanuts, pecan, walnuts & yummy almonds are now out of the question.  No dried fruit (due to the processing), no bacon or ham, citric acid, nothing fermented and no juice - I never drank much juice anyway.

I have been told to be careful with my spices as some places use flour as filler - spices are not always 100%...   I have always been a label reader but now I need to get tougher.  Its truly amazing what they slip into our food.   I have also been told if it under a certain % they don't have to declare it on the label.    I buy Watkins spices and herbs... they are said to be filler free.. I sold it for a few years too - will have to check into all the ingredients of the products I use thru them.

So there you have it... an overview of my new "diet". There is a lot more to it but this is the bare bone basics.  Do not follow this for yourself as this has been specifically made up for me.  I have gone thru blood tests and mounds of paperwork to get to this point.  on top of this I am on natural pills to balance my hormones, repair organ inflamation, clean out the yeast in my system, aid in my digestion... which I won't be on forever...as I said it is "repairing" the damage.
I will be learning new recipes, learning to eat and find new foods but I have seen this naturepath put ppl on the road to excellent health no matter what thier age, my mother included.

Estimated repair time... 9 months.
Weight at start  172.4
BMI 39
