Today I weighed in and lost 3 lbs. I am quite pleased with the results. I even got into a pair of pants that have been too tight for awhile... double bonus... My panic attacks have subsided too so that is triple bonus. I am starting to introduce the supplements back one at a time and so far so good.
I haven't been getting the amount of steps in that I planned for myself. I feel so much better if I did. This week I have been told that on Saturday the walk will be less hardy giving us somewhat of a break :) I need easy at the moment.
Tomorrow I am going to a big agriculture show and plan to put in a lot of steps!
Today I thought I would get in a few extra steps but my pedometer doesn't read as much as I thought I should have.
Eating today wasn't too good either - tough to eat out at farm tours when they are thinking easy and simple... we ended up stopping at McD's and normally I would order a salad but decided to have a grilled chicken burger.. I haven't had bread or wheat in 3 weeks... my tummy treated it like a cannon ball - round and heavy. Will have to be extra careful tomorrow.

wHOOT WHOOT Marianne that's a great WI!! . Don't sweat the McD's at least you didn't have a big mac. Keep up the good work
