I am very pleased with my WI results this week. I have been following my naturepaths "orders" for the past week very closely and the work paid off. I lost 4.4 lbs.
I don't expect this to happen every week but it is showing I am doing something right. I am finding that I am no longer tired at 3pm - I don't binge in the late afternooon and I am actually full with smaller portions.
In comparison, the food choices are very similar to what WW lists as filling foods.
With this said, I am lacking in the walking department. I am having too many office days and my butt is in a chair way more than wobbling down my driveway. I really need to schedule walking times in.
Not good to be doing 15 Km on the weekend and nothing during the week - very hard on my body!
